Briley's Castle

At the beginning of March Briley came home from school with an assignment to make a Castle or a Robot out of boxes and things she could find around the house.  They are studying geometery and this project was part of that.  They were told that the librarian would be choosing some of her favorite castles to display in the library next year.  So with a little help from her mom and a lot of help from her dad this is what she came up with.

She had to wait several weeks for the librarian to make her decision but she came home from school this week and excitedely informed us that her castle was chosen to be on display next year. 

Rachel is never one to miss out on the action, so while Briley and Brian were building a castle she was making her own invention.  This is the Sparkle Farkle machine and she is pretty proud of it.
