Almost every year we celebrate Grandma Elaine's Birthday at Christmas Village in Ogden. This year we decided to try going to the Light Parade and Lighting Ceremony (us and the rest of Northern Utah). There were lots more people than we expected to be there but we had a fun time anyway. We didn't get there in time to get very good seats for the parade but we found a barricade on the sidewalk and piled as many kids on it as we could so that they would be high enough to see over the people in front of us. After the parade we walked down to the park where we waited for the lights to turn on and see the fireworks. It turned out to be pretty fun and not too cold! Happy Birthday Grandma!
