We took our annual trip to Stateline Reservoir over Memorial Day weekend. When we were driving up the dirt road to the campground I was sure we were in for a very long cold weekend because there was snow and mud everywhere. I was even more sure when we got to the dam and could see that the lake was frozen, but it turned out to be a nice fun weekend after all. We missed Clayton and Brooke this year, they didn't go with us because they were about to get a baby any day. Here are some pictures from our weekend.
Samantha loved being outside! She carried this Barbie fishing pole around the whole weekend. That made her dad proud (even if she really doesn't understand what a fishing pole is).

Grandma brought shirts for all of the kids to paint. They all had fun!
These three girls spent the afternoon painting fingernails while Briley and all the boys went to shoot guns. Didn't get any picture of that because we had the camera at camp but Brian said Briley is pretty good with the pistol!
Grandpa brought all of the kids a "fire stick" back when the boys went to gather fire wood.
Breakfast! Grandma and Grandpa cooked breakfast on the Camp Chef every morning!
We also took walks, played cards and went fishing. Didn't get any picture of fishing by the frozen lake or me losing at Phase 10, but Jordan did affectionately (I hope) give me a nickname...SuperMom (aka - SuperB****).
You gave yourself the nickname!!! Ha ha. Many more camping trips to come!
